The team at RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport was an industry leader in the provision of Event Management, Safety, Medical, Fire, Rescue, Extrication, Trackside and Incident Response services to all forms of Motorsport events and Manufacturer activations for launch and drive programs between 2007 - 2020.

RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport offered the most comprehensive range of equipment and people to run safe and successful events with a trained team specific to the Motorsport and Automotive Industry. RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport designed customised event packages for promoters to cater for their event needs using one or all of the services provided by RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport to perfectly match individual event needs.

Co-Founders of RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport James Taylor, Belinda Taylor & Martin Doxey come from various senior roles in officialing with over 70 years of combined motorsport experience at national and international level.

The team was represented by experienced members within the motorsport community in circuit racing, rally (dirt and tarmac), hillclimb, off road and motorcycling – MX and road racing. Roles covered include race and event operations, communications, flags, scrutineering and technical, fire, race administration and event secretary, recovery, First Intervention (MIV) driving and extrication, Race Control, Rally Base, Risk Assessment and Event Management.
SPECIALISED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics
Our Doctors included many Emergency & Trauma Consultants and Senior Emergency Registrars at major trauma centres. Nurses had current experience in Trauma / Emergency or Intensive Care at a number of major trauma Centre’s. Most nurses were Critical Care Nurses with post-graduate qualifications in trauma, intensive care and emergency medicine. Paramedics in the RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport team came from many cities & regional areas. A number held current advanced life-saving qualifications (MICA qualification).

RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport provided a passionate and committed team, determined to make the event successful and maximise the satisfaction of the promoter, manufacturers, spectators and competitors at all events. Team members regularly engaged in training from the RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport internal training package as well as additional training and familiarisation at events. There was a whole team approach to seeking continual improvement of services provided.
